Maddy and Samuel - Children's Photography

I absolutely loved photographing these children. The kids were good, the parents easy to work with. It was the perfect portrait session. Since it went so well, I had an incredibly hard time deciding which images to include in this post. Which means there are a lot to see, so we better get to it!

Lindsay - Senior Photography

Lindsay. Class of 2010.

Lindsay's eyes are so clear and her hair perfectly curly. They make a very beautiful combination. Her easy smile and sultry looks (and the perfect breeze) made the session a piece of cake. (Remember, you can click on the images to view them larger.)

Thanks, Lindsay, for a great session.

The Newest Mini - "Heidi June Anderson"

Yep, you guessed it, another Hamlin Guitar. This one is incredible! (As if the others weren't.) :)

This one is for Scot's youngest granddaughter, Heidi (see her here) and it was built out of scraps from the crib he built for her about a year ago. It's almost all mahogany. And very sweet.

It's another mini. This one can be tuned open for sweet little Heidi June and she will be able to strum away on it while mama is playing one of her very own Hamlin Guitars (see Hannah's newest Hamlin Guitar here). With all the reports of dancing she's been doing, I can just imagine how much fun she'll have making the music herself. :)

I am glad I was able to take photos of this little beauty before it made the trek up to Alaska. And I am sure she will have lots of fun with her new treasure for many years to come!

Senior Photography

Hello all. First off, I want to say thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth at EudoraFest last weekend. It was great to talk to everyone and meet some new people in the community. If you have any questions or want to set up a session, email me at www.sarahhamlinphotography@gmail.com

Now on to the senior. This lovely young lady was so easy to work with. Her and her mom were fun and easy going. And her brothers were such great helpers, even finding me a phone book to stand on because it always seems that I am too short. I need to start carrying a stool with me everywhere I go.

I know that this one isn't the typical "senior portrait" but I love her genuine laugh and the sun spots. And the beautiful little black dress and pearls against the rough, textured stone.

I have another guitar or two and another senior session coming soon.
