Birthday Fun!

We attended a birthday party a couple of weeks ago. It was lots of fun! There was a piñata. What a blast!

They had a table where the kids could paint pots and plant flowers. It was a brilliant idea! And the kids loved it!

Maebelle was so excited for me! I have two on there - the second one, Zac holding the kids and the last one, Maebelle and another little girl painting. (Click on it to see it better.)

Zac left for San Francisco the day this magnolia started blooming, so I took some photos for him. However, it rained almost every day the week he was gone. And it was hard thunderstorm rain that just ruined the beautiful flowers.

Easter was great. Maebelle and Orion had lots of fun finding eggs. Maebelle is independent enough that I can't usually follow her around taking photos, but Orion still lets me hang out with him.

He's starting to look a little tired. He still needs naps, even if he doesn't always want to take them.

But he sometimes is most loving at those moments...he slows down enough for a hug, or sit on my lap. I am thankful for times like that. Even if they could possibly be followed by a fit because we pushed it just barely too long. I love that little man, and can't believe how quickly he is growing!

The Baby of the Family

Here are some shots from a senior shoot this week.

We went to a home just outside town that had several outbuildings and cool yard area. I could just imagine a family living there 100 years ago. I loved it! I will have to go back sometime when I am not on a schedule.

Found Treasure

Hello all. I was looking for a couple of specific shots I took last fall and came across these. I am not sure why I didn't post them, but here they are now. I don't know what it is about this first one that I love so much. I guess it's probably the rich color and touchable texture and long lines, like always. :)

I took several of these Pascal Fish shots. I couldn't decide which one I liked best, so you get them all.

I am loving the beautiful spring days we've been having. It's nice to get out and about when you don't have to have coats and all that. And it's great to have the kids worn out by bedtime! Hope everyone else is having a wonderful spring as well!
